He says shaking due to the burning pain in his knees and below.

"Here, let's find some water. I'll wash that salt off of you."

You go to the Inn you were staying in, and you kick open the room of you're Alchemist friend.
"This boy needs help!"
"Quickly, lay him on my bed."
The Alchemist then grabs cotton swabs out of his bag and a health potion. He douses the swab in the potion, and treats the wound. The wounds close up due to alchemical magic taking place. The boy looks especially weakened though.
"He shall stay here, he needs medical attention."
With that, you leave the room, and enter your room. You lie down and think of your student.

When the dawn sun rises, the boy enters you're room, with a gleeful expression on his face. He's holding a drawing.
"I made you drawing Vegetari!"

He gives you the scroll and you see it:
A drawing of you (Crudely drawn) jumping out of a window and shooting the Drow (Who presumably killed) his parents.

You smile at him and pat him on the head. However, you haven't got him a knife yet.

Silvetongue enters the room and says:
"Now I know why you refused a threesome, you sick bastard."
