Basically the majority of people on this forum broke the agreement for when you sign up, as seeing vulgar on almost every thread.

No one takes those agreements seriously. Supposedly it's not even supposed to be legal to let anyone under 13 years old sign up. These "laws" aren't enforced. At all.

Not to mention in most places, you have to be 18 or older to sign / agree to a contact that could hold up in court. It is pretty meaningless, it just lets admins control the content and manage your account in whatever way they like (which is important).
