Welcome to the Fallout: A new beginning topic. This forum game is based in the Fallout world, so if you have never played any of the Fallout games, you may want to read up on the wiki: fallout.wikia.com

We aren't using the complicated stats system like on the actual Fallout games, it would be much too time consuming and complicated.
Simply create a character using this template.

Put that at the beginning of your post, put what happens in the middle, and put your stats after the "story" at the end of your post.
This isn't just based in Nevada or the Eastern coast of the U.S. It is based anywhere in the U.S. you want your character to be.
Rules:
1. No killing other players unless they have been inactive for 2 weeks or they give you permission.
2.This is based in the Fallout world, so keep all the content relevant to that in the Fallout games.
3. Don't start off with a bunch of equipment and guns and armor and stuff. Keep it simple. Don't start off with a million Stimpaks, boatloads of caps and all the guns you can carry. The BIGGEST weapon you should have in your inventory in your first few posts should be a pistol at most.

Oh, my God.
I crouch on top of the Wal-Mart, and I gaze out into the parking lot.
Deathclaws.
The only way down is by a ladder that will put me into the parking lot, and the ladder is too heavy for me to move by myself. I'll have to wait a while.
