No. It is kept clean and rust free. It is doused in gasoline every now and then to remove any infection. It is also constantly cleaned for as it has been used to cut/eat food.

Well, A) pocket knives and razors are considerably different. And that's still unsanitary, I never use my knives with which to eat. And also I forgot I was listing things by letter, but I think this is D) Darkness is right about the gas.

Actually no. Gasoline is one of the best things you can use to clean something.
The chemicals in it eat away all bacteria, now of course you might want to wash off the gas before using it to eat or something similar.

That works.
I then take the blood and splash it on the nearest person I hate so they get attacked by wild animals.
I then recollect the blood I can for later use.
