It would be legal, assuming the act is passed. However, finding someone willing to marry two men in your town may be more difficult. I guess a judge would have to do so, but good luck finding a religious official.

I have a question, why is it so important that a GBLTQ couple get married by a religious official?  I mean if a lot of religious institutions dislike that why would they want to be legitimized by them?
