Interesting thing. I had made this topic with that intention in mind, but for some reason even after I checked the box "enable users to change their vote" it still didn't do anything. I should probably fix that text.

Again, special interest has a loveual and non-loveual definition. It's a nonloveual special interest in the sense that you have an obsession or an extreme liking for that particular activity. It's not a difficult concept to grasp.
