1 - Homework is a reminder. They wouldn't need to slack off because it would be EASY if they PAID ATTENTION IN CLASS.
2 - I do think homework is quite obsolete. Digital homework would be much more efficient, infact I believe writing is a waste of lead and paper.
3 - Quite a few BRIGHT teenagers know more about modern technology then their teachers and elders. So although they should respect them, elders shouldn't be so stubborn and act like they are loving geniuses.
4 - I'm not discouraging elder respect, due to the fact that they got us this far.... in a way.
5 - It's barely the youth's fault. It's ignorant parents and an ignorant school system. Ignorant school system - drugs get to kids. Ignorant parents - everything else.
1 - I agree, they would do it if they actually pay attention.
2 - Digital homework is both good and bad. Good because many people now have computers and can op to it. Bad because it would prevent the kids who don't have computers from doing their homework, it would also single them out from the others.
3 - Elders still should be respected no matter how stubborn they can be, and elders are very intelligent and wise. Most of their intelligence comes from experience though.
4 - True... true.
5 - Yes, but it goes both ways, the parents may not be able to keep their kid under control simply because the kid is just that way.
