Sorry to crap on your day, but remember, the ban on his old account was only for a week. He was so impatient he used his brother's key to make a new account. Since the other is currently unbanned, he wil probably go back to that.
Hopefully he understands though that no one likes him. Doesn't matter though, he will just be banned sooner or later.
