Author Topic: So... I've been thinking about trying out some kind of running sport  (Read 2377 times)

I've been really good at running here, lately, and I'm wondering if I should maybe try out a sport that involves running. Now, I actually dislike sports, but it might be a good chance to get some exercise and stuff, since I finished my PT and it's really close to spring. But I'm very, very, very skilled in running, nonetheless, but I just need to work on my hips and my surgical knee(left knee) and then I could be the master of running.

The only thing I would need to worry about would be getting injured, because of my problems. I can get injured pretty easily, but other than that, I might be able to do this.

I'm not saying I am going to go into a running sport, but I'm not saying I won't either. I've just been considering it, and I need your opinions.

what's wrong with you? What problems? D:

Her legs used to, not work, aka, unfunctional, etc.

Then they were fixed.

I have really bad RA and Osteoporosis. But with the help of medicine and PT I've been getting better.

Miraculously better.

Do track & field or soccer.

Seriously, I saw that coming from a thousand miles away. I was actually going to make that an option in the poll, but then I thought "nah, I better not"

Do track & field or soccer.
I'm not good at kicking, but track and field seems cool, and I might try it. But the actual question and point of the thread is, should I or shouldn't I?

Get something like this. Then you can modify it and be faster than everyone. Might be hard to sleep, and you wouldn't be able to have love anymore, but sometimes you have to make sacrifices.

Now, that's just biased. I don't need a wheelchair anymore, so why would I want to be in one again?

Let's just get back on topic here, mmkay, guys?

It's not a wheelchair, he's physically attached to it. It's cyborg wheels.

I mean, I have working legs now, so why would I give them away?

I know you're just kidding, but this is a srs thread, and it's not that funny, to be honest.

You're gonna feel like crap when you sign papers that state:

"We are not responsible for any injuries of any kind to your child during the time of exercise, your child has chosen to do this on their own will"

Then when you are back in a wheel chair your gonna slap yourself until your face needs a wheel chair too.

guys, i'm being sclerosis.

Stay out of my threads, please. c:
