You sound average. Seriously.
1. Being comfortable socially is either something you're born with or something you develop over time. You just need to practice taking to people and gain a bit of self confidence.
2. Use it to do well in school and not slack off. Also, because you're "averagely" smarter than others, don't write them off as "stupid". There are plenty of people who know squat about certain topics, but are experts on others.
3. Everyone procrastinates. Some are just more prone than others. It's really something you have to work on and you can get better at it over time if you keep working at it. Procrastination is something I really struggle with, I have to find the importance of whatever it is that I'm doing. For example, I had a really hard time doing homework in school. It wasn't that I didn't know the material, but rather, I didn't see the point in doing the work because I already knew it. I almost failed because of this attitude. And though I did finish highschool, my GPA was crap. Now that I'm in college, I've found motivation in doing the work because it's costing me thousands of dollars to take the classes. If you're like me, try finding importance in what your doing and use that to motivate you.
4. Everyone is OCD to some degree. I get OCD about the status of my hand; they have to be clean, dry and not greasy/sweaty (my hands don't sweat naturally). It's something you have to learn to live with and with time, you'll learn to ignore/get over it.
5. That's just personal preference, nothing abnormal.
6. As if I hadn't said this enough, this is something you get better about over time. Just be open minded about trying new things. If not, be willing to pick off things you absolutely can't live with, or just be polite and refrain from eating (and not complain about hunger afterwards).
7. Paranoia is something you just have to live with. You never really outgrow it, but you do deal with it better the older you get. Figure out what makes your paranoid and try eliminating as many of those things as possible.
8. Again, really regular and it's something that changes over time. Everyone requires different levels of sleep to be able to function, some need more, others need less.
Again, you're normal, those are all parts of just growing up.
EDIT: If you disregard this, I'm re-diagnosing you as an attention whore.
