Can someone use greasemonkey to completely ignore topics?

I want a greasemonkey script that could make a Blockland topic I select completely disappear so I am not even tempted to go into the topic every time I look at the title.

Creepy is debatable, but it's a 6,000 page topic on multiple subjects. It might as well be a separate forum board.
