An automatic shotgun with a drum magazine

Damage: 5 pellets per shot, -25 per pellet

because you have the advantage of accuracy

For the AA-12, I wouldn't say 5 pellets 25 damage.
It would be more along the lines of 25 pellets, 1 damage.

That is a very unrealistic trade off.

The damage should be the same for both of the sniper rifles, but the rate of fire be longer because of the bulky scope.
And if you can use the scope have the speed of walking when zoomed in super slow. Also hip fire more inaccurate compared to the normal sniper rifle. imo
