You have several options:

A. Connect phone to computer with a cable
B. Move picture(s) to SD card, put SD card into computer
C. Move picture(s) to SD card, put in a device that connects to the computer, connect it to computer
D. Use a camera that connects to the computer
E. Email/text/send picture(s) to yourself
F. Be called a liar
