how do i make face decals?

i tried gimp but i couldnt find it or something what are all the softwares i could use? to make decals of course

GIMP is sort of complicated to install, one easy way around it is to use portable GIMP from portableapps.com.  Obviously its not as good as the original, but it works for Decal making. (I recommend getting help installing the full version) 

Also, you could use adobe photoshop, it does require a "small" fee.

You can make decals with any program that can export as a .png file. You must should make it transparent.

Use Paint.net
Get it at www.getpaint.net

There are certain sizes that the decal and Icon need to be, but I don't know them, and am too lazy to check the Blockland folder.
To make something transparent in Paint.net, just select what you want to be transparent, and hit the delete button on your keyboard.

It is transparent if the space is a white and grey checkerboard pattern. Usually.

not doing this to bump it but the sizes are "255x255" and "64x64"
