Now that i've seen the interior...
The build is rather nice, with a correct deck layout and the correct idea of "multiple" runways. However, the runways are overdone and the deck is too crowded. Normally the first interior level inside a carrier is a second deck for storage of planes.
The runways need a redesign for simplicity; stick to one runway with maybe one branchoff.
The interior does not look good at all, to be honest. Although its very nice to see one, it isn't realistic enough to make it fit. Normally, crew decks on carriers tend to be very short in terms of head room; almost all the doorways you pass through is guaranteed to hit your head if you don't duck. Using the pressure door by phy is correct headheight, but the actual room headheight needs to be reduced to 5 blocks tall. Bunks should also be shorter and have
just enough space for a blockhead.
The armory doesn't make much sense. The modern age of sea warfare changed the method of battle so that no crew actually board another ship, and so therefore the weapons don't serve a use. Usually you'll see one or two medium sized cannon turrets (large would be the stuff you see on classic battleships from WWII) and a few miniguns/AA turrets. Full modern would involve missile launchers and minigun turrets instead.
The comms tower is too wide. In reality, comm towers have a very small base to facilitate a stairway down to the lower deck and just enough space for stairs to the upper areas, which expand out slightly. You can see this in the following picture:

If you compare the tower to the vehicle at the bottom right you'll see what I mean.
Overall, 6/10, the basic design structures are good but everything needs work.
