in the show on the episode the puppet master, this crazy chick got locked up in a prison and learned how to control people's bodies with bending, so she and katara were in a forest and stuff and then aang and sokka were all like "FSDHJA HELP THAT BITCH" and then she bended their bodies and had sokka run at aang with a sword MANY TIMES

and then katara was all like "DENIED" and used the chick's blood bending against her and she was all like ashamed and stuff so she cried and the episode ended

katara used the technique later in the show as interrogation

or wait no it was revenge for her mom's death but she had the wrong person, the scene was more awesomer when she found the actual person but i'm rambling
