He says that he logs in, tries to launch a game, but then it asks him for his password again, and when he does, it freezes and won't respond. Any ideas folks?

He did try reinstalling to no avail.

Also he doesn't play Blockland.

you know Steam has a forum, right
there are at least ten forums that would be immensely more likely to give you a working answer than this one

Not sure how hostile other forums are about grammar.
