I cannot find a fix for Dedicated server.

I can't get any of the comments in others' help topics to work for me. Either upon starting the file this appears:



Or it just refuses to make the shortcut saying it can't find the file. Please help...

Also, I forgot to add, the shortcuts that I downloaded when installing Blockland v20 stopped working all of a sudden when I deleted my old v19 Blockland folder.
