Are you sure about that? From what I hear, people on your server make tens of thousands of dollars every day from growing and selling drugs.

Would look nicer with less generic brown cube walls, more public spots such as parks and plazas.
Tip is to use more official buildings (PD, Bank etc.) than just one of a kind, because of the size of the city.

Also, where is the PD?

Yeah it's still a WIP. We plan on adding a large park near the center of the larger city, and we still have a few official buildings we need to move to the city. I also have a PD built, just not moved yet. Thanks for the tips!
