Except it would move when you do anything with that hand like active or take out an item. I really need to know how he is mounting it to the back. The Oblivion Sword for example perfectly mounts to your back. It doesn't change if you use other items, active, or even rotate your head.
The oblivion sword uses scripting to mount it to the back, so I'll handle that.

Hows the model coming?

EDIT: Pretty much got the mounting to back done except for one bug.
