It baffles me when people go on these stupidly specific diets. Yeah, there are certain diets for those who cannot eat a certain food, but once you get past that, there's a forgetton of dumb diets that don't do anything. For example, my friend's uncle kept going on these diets, and it only made his weight issue worse.
It's not like the plan to lose weight is difficult or complex. To lose weight, you eat smaller portions, less junkfood and drink more water if necessary. If you do that along with exercise daily, you will lose weight. Starving yourself has nothing to do with it. I realize that with some people, weight issues are harder to get rid of; I'm talking about the general amount of those who are so stupid about this whole thing.
Lastly, losing a lot of weight takes determination. Even if one of these idiots were to lose twenty pounds, I bet he would go back to eating large amounts of food and regain those pounds plus more.
