What to do when Comp is in safemode?

My computer is in safemode right now, since when I run it in normal mode, I get artifacts popping up on my screen along with a total freeze up of everything, save the cursor.

I can't listen to music, play Blockland, and from the looks of it, I think my GPU is dying.
I've been screwing around in blender trying to do this, but so far, I've been having trouble.

I can play minecraft, but I doubt I can play any source games like TF2 or any of that.
Reason I'm not playing is cause nobody will join me.

What virus scanner are you using? I use Avast, Malwarebytes, and CCleaner usually helps too.

AVG picks up stuff lot of stuff, even tells you about cookies.

MSE sucks, I had 10 trojans on my old computer and it detected nothing.
