There is no interior because, well, I suck at being able to build anything with both an interior and exterior so its easier to just do one or the other!

I agree. I think it looks better as one building rather than two.

The top half is really basic which surprises me. I was expecting to be blown away since its a Colten build. :/

Alright though. It'd make a nice addition to a city build.

Strange, could have sworn you were a good builder.

But if you insist you aren't, thats fine.

sort of boring, and the detailed proportions don't make sense.

I'd look and refer to real apartment buildings.

If we're talking realism here.. If you would have an interior the windows would be too close to each others, because the room height would only be 5x. Which is very low for a normal room. I would increase the gap between the windows and spice up the exterior, which I find very bland for being an "exterior only" build. Also, don't understand the bridge.

It would be a good detail building for some kind of city build. Not something you would go into.
