Would it be okay if I made a tutorial in General Discussion?

Are we allowed to put tutorials in General Discussion, would it be considered spam or something?
I want to make a tutorial on how to make a .bat dedicated server (for the ones who do not wish to uninstall Blockland, and for people who would want to play on v19 in LAN mode or something...)

I just want to be clear before I get flammed or thought of as an idiot.

There's nothing wrong with helping out.  I don't think anyone would flame you for helping out, and if they did, a lot of people would be on your side + they'd probably get banned.
