Author Topic: Help mushy identify his sword's maker!  (Read 1724 times)

My aunt just gave me this sword that was in her house when she moved in. It is very low quality and not sharpened which makes me think it is probably a prop or something. I have been looking all over it for markings, but all I could find is "made in spain." Someone help me if you can!

Oh right, I need to know what company made it. Not what kind of sword it is.

Rapier.
Nice ninja there.
I know that. I need to know the company.

Can't help you there, sorry.

I have my doubts anyone will know. But it's worth a shot.

You sure it's a rapier? Other swords have those hilts, and the blade looks a bit thick for a rapier, at least to me.

There's a pretty good chance it's a sabre. But that's not important.

That's what I thought.

I'm pretty sure that's not a rapier, its too thick.

EDIT: pretty sure its a saber

Now that I look at it it does look more like a saber.

It could well be a sabre, but it's not curved so I don't know if it is.
Again though, what kind of sword it is isn't important.

Seems too dark to be a light saber...
