You could get a few more Admins and a few SA's. Give them some rules by which to run the server.
You might not even have to do very much. Split the work between people and get the job done fast and more efficient.

Except, the problem, Captn, is that when you get deep in a cityrpg, (at least from my experience,) you want the damn thing coded right.
if it isn't coded right, someone is going to abuse.
To code it right, you need all the administrative stuff linked directly to the host, or perhaps MAYBE super admins. This limits your admins, but they can't abuse. However, it means that YOU or your super admins have to do all the money refunding and stuff. This is a lot of time on your part.
Oh, and no, I don't want to take it over. Scripting, maybe. Administrating on a co-host level? I don't really want to do that again after hankyje's thing on a cityrpg.
