Looks nice so far but the brickwork/woodwork at the bottom needs variation. It doesn't look good with the same pattern repeating and repeating. Try adding another color, varying up the color scheme, and maybe splitting it into 1x2 plates.
The walls so far seem a bit short, so add another block layer before topping it with the next floor.
Those flower patches seem out of place, being so small. Either expand them or get rid of them. People don't usually confine the patches to corners of a building.
