Author Topic: Wer_Fault problem on Windows 7  (Read 1251 times)

I need a some tech support please.

Whenever i try to start up World of Tanks, it wont start. I look in processes, and it says wer_fault every time i try to start it.
This happened to another program as well, TeamSpeak 3. However, the way i fixed it back then is not working.

This is what i tried already

1. Restarting
2. Disabling Wer_fault ( through services, under admin tools)
3. Reinstalling
4. Scan
Any help would be great appreciated.

According to Google, werfault is error reporting for Windows, try updating your graphics drivers for World of Tanks and let 'werfault' run since it's a default windows process.
Also, have you tried doing a disk-check?

Try running it in compatibility mode with Vista or Windows XP Service Pack 2.

I'm running it fine with no problems.
On the EU site they mentioned some launcher issues, try launching the game client directly through the .exe located in the program directory for World of Tanks

I have done disk-clean up if thats what you mean.

Ah, i see what it does, but how would i do it?

:EDIT: I did it, but was it supposed to fix it or no?

I don't want to play WoT anymore. With my internet it will take two hours to do the new update. :C
