Should I soft-modd my Wii?

Ive been wanting to soft mod my wii for some time. Im scared it will brick in the middle of the procces of Bootmii or Letterbomb. Since I have a untested SD card the model is PNY Optima SDHC 60 HD 4GB. I have a full tut for it.
Also should I try MyHomeBreware.

bricks are fun, just get a couple more wii's and do the same thing, and you got yourself something to do for the day

I did it to mine a while ago, I actually had to downgrade....I just remembered that I softmodded my wii. BTW im pretty sure your not allowed to post things about this since it has to do with piracy.

It depends if you want your wii to not be too hard.

Offer to buy a bricked wii or take it off someones hands for free
after you have several wiis start selling them on craigslist
only sell when you meet someone at a certain place so they don't know were you live
sell them as if they were a working wii
