Glad to see I'm not the only one on the forums attempting this. Last summer I tried making a helmet, but I forgot to scale it. After completing half of it, I realized that it was only going to be cat sized. I'd love to try again, but I don't really have a place to work on it.

I used to be an origami whiz. I made an eight-legged hybrid between a baby dragon and a bee, and man the thing was actually cute. I don't remember how to make it though. I'll have to take one apart sometime and figure it out again.

at the state the model was in, no. but with a little bit of extra work i could have made it possible to see out of

When making models like that most people use a heavy caliber paper and resin it.
