i used to box unprofessionally a fair bit

one thing that helped me condition my hands was after every session i'd remove my handwraps and just hit the bag barefisted for a round. don't do it to the point that you bleed, but enough to blister.

If it boosts your body's resistance to anything, it should be called resistance training... :V

I do boxing. I'm not very good at it. But I do a lot of endurance training. My favorite exercise is slapping on some apparel that's heavy in nature and I practice heavy armor combat. Not for actual combat but for LARP'ing with replica armor.

resistance training is where your muscles are working against some kind of resistance, like those giant elastic bands, or something like that.

but yeah i get why you'd think that

I also do Melee Weapon training with the bag. It really lets me let go.

I never knew I had that bad of a dark side...
