The only way I think a pretzel could kill you is from choking on it, but unless you're being held down nobody is really going to be able to get a pretzel into your mouth. I'm trying to think of other ways for a pretzel to be used as a weapon though.

You can choke people with a lot of them or use 1 to block the air tube.
