Author Topic: Minecraft is being annoying  (Read 832 times)

My mom bought me Minecraft and I was excited. I played it alot then I started to want to download Minecraft mods just for a change. I saw a nice mod I wanted to install ComputerCraft. And I installed the Modloader, Modloader MP, and Minecraft Forge all for single-player. I just opened the the downloaded files in WinRar, copied it, then pasted it into my minecraft.jar folder. But when I start, well after I login into minecraft, my screen just turns black. I tried to install mods countless times and this never works. Please help?

My Minecraft.jar in-case you needed it

sounds like it's been...

*shades*

blocked.

but on a serious note, make sure you're Java version is updated, as well as that your MC is up to date.

Some Minecraft mods simply don't like each other. That's why I always play vanilla.

Also, keylogging mods.

Remove the download link, please. Also make sure to post these things in the Games forum in the future.

This, distrubution of Minecraft.jar files is illegal

Why I play vanilla.

There needs to be a better mod-implementing system.
God knows that'll never happen the way this game progresses.

>They hire Bukkit guys to make Mod API.
>They keep updated on how they are doing it right now.

Did you miss this? They've made sure we all know Bukkit and Mojang are working together on this as soon as possible and discuss how it will work.

No, not really. I didn't see this at all.

Sounds like the MODS aren't up to date.
