I think I'ma do what I usually do and get really expensive trucks and wheels and cheap bearings and board and just keep changing my bearrings and board and use my trucks for like 3 years.

You're better off splurging on bearings. Look into ceramic bearings. They don't rust, they don't wear out. They practically last forever. They're a bit pricey, but they're great.
