Russia
what?
In WWII, Germany signed something with Russia and started the Blitzkrieg on Poland. Later on, he decided to march the troops to Moscow, and the Russian soldiers didn't fire for 4 Hours. Everytime they'd request to fire at German soldiers they will say "No, Stalin signed the treaty." And while marching to Moscow, they decided to attack Leningrad thinking it was more important giving the soviets time to prepare.
For the UK/England/Britian, I forgot what started the war. It was probably because they signed the Treaty of Versallies.
