Author Topic: World's most difficult piano songs! GRAND TOTAL OF NOTES: 278100! WOW!  (Read 1668 times)

exactly. I wouldn't classify them as the worlds hardest songs, you can't really play them in general

Well, these songs are impossible for a SINGLE human to play, if you gather LOTS and LOTS of people, sure, that is possible, but still hard.

I measure difficulty via if you were to simplify each song and try to play it along with a tune without having the actual notes to play it. People always have different opinions and what's hard or not so it's okay

Oh ok. Cool.

From that I assume that you mean that if 88 people gathered around a piano and played a note each (ie. one person allocated to a single note of the 7-octave piano scale), then it would be a walk in the park.

This is of course ridiculous :)

I've encountered a few stupidly difficult pieces of music being a musician myself, and it would appear in those cases as well as most others that whoever composed them was simply out to make the performer's life as hellish as possible. Even if you do play them right they still sound as if you're not doing so.

Basically, simplicity wins.
