Knowing Korea's reputation, it'll probably fly off course and hit Ohio or something, and then they'll just say it was an accident and threaten to nuke everyone if complaints are made.
That's not saying Korea has terrible nuke guidance systems, that's just me saying we're doomed. Again.

They want to help their economy. Building a very expensive rocket and satellite is a bit of a strange idea.
