Well, it seemed like you were aiming at that. The video is "boring" because it shows the slow transition of ACM city into the power of Dillpickle. The images of the buildings, parks, etc. show emptyness, as if the spirit has left the city, and soon the corporations and flags begin to emerge. And when the bell strikes, the people flee in a hurry, closing doors, locking them etc.
I was basically aiming for a video of mood rather than a straight out plot or story; this could be considered in media res.
