No he isn't
The person he banned happened to be furry, It was just fitting.
he doesn't outright ban furries. he does sure as stuff heavily frown upon it. threads like these just boost his considering of banning you for any type of post you could make that can be considered rule breaking.
Why are we allowed to have furry avatars?
again, if he were to single all of you out it would create a horrible representation. instead he deals with you as a group. not to mention, your avatars are all subjective. I could put an avatar saying "buck fadspot" and he wouldn't care. it's like wearing a t-shirt in public. he can remove it if you go over the rules though.
