Renderman was an easteregg added at the Halloween updated. It was removed later. Prepper only spawns the face. There is no renderman in a suit that walks around.

Renderman was a whole body; like a bot. Prepper is just a floating face.

and all those pictures look doctored/perfect positioning
I think they're well aware of the falseness of renderman, and are simply posting some cool pictures. Is this a reason to tell them to kill themselves?
