Today in class before the bell rang a couple of my class mates took and handcuffed another one of my class mates who was a Mexican and started to tell him to suck they're richard (they were all friends and it was a forgeted up joke)

People reactions were.
Everyone: *lol'ing*
Me: Uhhh haha uhh the forget?
My friend: Uhm I do believe that is rape.. Yea that's rape.

Handcuffs seem like something not allowed in a school, but it's not a gun so that could just be unspoken if at all...

Neither is half the stuff people bring to school. This is the "we couldn't give 2 stuffs anymore" type of school.
People bring dip (which is gross as forget), knifes, handcuffs in that occasion, ciggerates, Mary Jane, More types of Mary Jane, pills, dru... You get the picture right?
