How to change colors on weapons?

So, I'm changing colors in the T+T files, yet the weapons still stay the same color as they always have been. How2change?

I am changing the colors of the color files (.png) in the zips.

You have to change the textures on the model.

I'm not sure, but you might have to change something in the script too.
