People can't join my server?

For some reason, people have been saying they can't join my server. My internet connection seems just fine, but whenever I check my server on the server list, it's listed as not having a ping. Could anyone tell me what's going on?

Have you got UPnP enabled?

When the issue was mentioned by other people, UPNp was enabled, but my ping was shown as '---'. Disabling UPnP didn't seem to make a difference.

If your UPnP does not work for you hosting a server, you need to port forward.

Alright, if this is your first time hosting a server, and it doesn't work, you need to start a game in singleplayer and press F2 or F1, im not exactly sure. One of those buttons might open a help window, (Im saying might because I'm not exactly sure.) and you can scroll down to what you want to learn.

Same as on a PC. It just depends on the router you have. Like for example, I have an Airport Extreme. Find out what you have and then tell me.

I tried the mac one, I must have done something wrong because my server's ping still shows up as '---' when I look at it from inside the server.

Do everything it tells you to do in the tutorial except for the Private IP address make sure you put in the correct address.

Ohgod. So how do I find the correct private IP? How do I reset it in the settings?
