Because the server is a roleplay, it requires an admin to open it. It's not like a server where someone must constantly monitor events or toggle stuff, the admin is just there to be sure things go alright.

Ever been in a roleplay server with no admin? Not a pretty sight.

The server is locked when no admin is present because of the above reason.
