The difference, is that there isn't just one host... I don't know exactly how many super-admins there are, but if you want the complaining to stop, maybe you should get more...
There are five hosts that I have seen hosting. Me, Knaz, Electrk, Ceist and Kaphonatis. We have things to do too, we can't always host when you want to and Knaz isn't going to go making people Super Admin willy-nilly just so there are enough to have the server always up. It will be up when someone puts it up.
