Kniaz started the thread, and the pronoun 'I' is used many times when explaining the origins of the server. Only an idiot wouldn't know it's his server.

First Kq, your group actions should not be voided because they have the right to choose whether to obey you or not. They picked to stand outside. I am not getting fond of this whole PK the person because it really make the RP no fun. Really the only time Pks should happen is by choice, or something dumb, like shooting the Apache, or tackling a Mutalid. Not for getting shot, because someone betrayed you.

Also I'm almost always RPing with an admin... So it will most likely be confirmed by them.

PK are serious, and bigger than thing I could, or should, approve. All of those things should be run through Kniaz.

On a much lighter note, it is almost my bed time, which means I could host be a client for about 3 hours after bed time. If Lugnut is available, I'm game.

Really though, if someone gets themselves into a situation where there character can potentially get killed and they do get killed, the death is a PK.

PKs should really only happen if it's the character's fault, or if it serves an important role in a main story.
