You can still use a timezone converter yourself. There's no reason the hosts should have to convert the time for all of you in different timezones.

Actually, GMT is not an American timezone. Its London timezone. Its also like standard timezone, so get some converters people. GMT = UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)

Also 24 military time 400 = 4:00am
