I asked about that to the representative, iSpeak will include the publicspeaking.txt, but if you upgrade to premium, it expands it so that you can speak much more fluently. iSpeak Premium also includes some multilingual software, I think it allows about 5 new languages.

Yeah, basic European languages and then you get Chinese. It was added in for Western Business Models, but it's now become default to home users too.
You should keep a look out for their new RegionalAccentPack (RAP^TM) coming out in the summer.
It's not free, but it allows for better communication with different regional models.

Heal.exe hasn't been updated for several millennia now, you should use cellregeneration.exe instead. It's only about 50% faster than Heal.exe, but better than nothing.
