i also learned a little bit

0.1 problem: the form only existed when checkboxes were inabled, in my and star's case
0.2: same as 0.1
0.3: same as 0.2
0.4: probably the same as 0.3
0.5: pretty sure this is when i started that bottom to top bullstuff, the second titlebg element didn't exist if you didn't enable the checkboxes, again.

I tried the new version with and without checkboxes enabled and it worked both times.  Seems like you fixed it.

my only suggestion, if possible, would be to make the list of blocked topics into a scrolling bar, so it doesn't create such a long page like this (me blocking first few pages from Drama)

realistically, chances of anyone seriously blocking this many topics (active or not) seems low, but it's an idea all the same.
also, perhaps a "Clear All Entries" button.
