Author Topic: I ran 3.5 miles without stopping  (Read 3441 times)

For my weight-lifting final back in highschool part of it we had to run 3 miles, I was the first to finish but I had to sit down because I was about to pass out and felt like I was going to throw up.

No you can't.

Anyway, I was running like 5 miles without stopping after only like 2 months so how long have you been practicing?

Also, this is the second time I've ran in months. I ran 2.2 miles yesterday.

I haven't been actively running in almost a year. I took about 6 months to try to gain weight. Running 2.2 and 3.5 miles respectively and back to back doesn't seem bad.

Lol, whatever you say.
The world record is currently 3:43.13, so please tell me more about how you casually make a 2 minute mile.

My grandma does 6 miles a morning suck it bones she's 93

i run a 6:22 mile but its p bad

I ran 2.5 miles without stopping.

My legs felt like noodles afterwards...

I run a mile.... HA I can't even make it a mile no more being i'm actually more of a bike person. On a bike I can travel many miles no problem.

I honestly felt like I could have gone farther. I'm sure my distance will go up a bit before I plateau.

Anyone can travel many miles on a bike.

I've only done it once when there were no other people and it wasn't casually. I damn near blacked out.

Nice, I can only run about a 7:30 for one mile. :(

Went 25 miles on a bike in one ride

Stop bullstuffting yourself.

My plan is to get up to 5-6 miles, then start shortening my distance and adding speed. The Air Force tests on 1.5 miles.

you broke a world record by a longshot and nobody saw it

Miko let's say you did run 1 mile in 2 minutes that would mean you would have gone 30mph.
